Elise Kellond-Knight

Elise Kellond- Knight has represented the Australian Women’s Football Team in three FIFA World Cups, 2 Olympics and has worn the Green and Gold for Australia over 100 times.

She has extensive global club experience. In the Australian domestic league, she played for Brisbane Roar and Melbourne City. Internationally Elise has played in the USA NSWL, German Frauen-Bundesliga & Sweden’s Skånes Fotbollförbun.

Elise was then signed to Hammarby in Stockholm competing in Sweden’s first-tier competition, Damallsvenskan, shehe now calls home. Elise was a part of the A-League All Stars Squad that took on Arsenal Women earlier this year.

Not only has Elise contributed enormously to football on the pitch but also off the pitch. She is on Football Australia’s Women’s Football Council and is also an Executive Committee Member at the Player Football Association (PFA) and FIFPro Global Player’s Council.

Elise has also made her foray into commentary and featured on Channel 7’s broadcast of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023. This year she joins Stan Sport’s expert lineup for their coverage of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

Growing up on the Gold Coast and enjoying the beauty around her, she has a strong belief in sustainability and contributing to the preservation of the environment. When she does have downtime, she loves nothing more than being in the ocean, hiking, and photography.
